Here's a few pics of Brodie and one of our cats getting to know each other. The cat wants to be friends but Brodie is a bit too excitable for him yet. We're not managing to take great photos because we're only using a phone camera. When my daughter comes back from uni next weekend I'll borrow her camera and hopefully be able to take some better pics.

Elspeth, like Ali I didn't notice your under eyes being dark either, so you must think they are more noticable than they really are. I hope you get on well tomorrow, and you manage to cope with your sore hand. 2 weeks more and Brodie will be able to go out for walks. I'm really looking forward to it. We bought one of those leads today that you and Gregor recommended.

He's getting on great. The last 2 days have been excellent. We've seen a huge improvement in his nipping. He only nips when he is really hyper. In that state of mind he doesn't react positivey to being told off it just seems to make him more excited, however I've found that picking him up for a couple of minutes calms him down. When he's not hyper and mouths he reacts to "ouch" or "off". So I'm feeling good about how he's got on these last 2 days.

He's nearly there with "fetch" now. He'll sit, then fetch, but won't release when he returns - tomorrow I'm going to take out some liver bread and see if that will help since he loves it. I put some in his Kong tonight, which he never normally plays with even if there are biscuits in it, but he was franticly playing with it tonight to get the liver bread out.

I tried the liver bread with "downs" as well and he's making a little progress.

He weighed in at 9.55 kg tonight - he was 7.1 kg just 2 weeks ago. They really do grow at an amazing rate!
I'm glad to hear Keisha is looking well. I hope she's not missing her little ones too much.
