Well just back from the Devon County show, got wet as it rained most of the day, but a nice day out, showed the dogs, only took Logi, Judith took Keisha and Logi's son Jasper was there, so Logi and two of his Children, they beat him!! which is after all the way it should be, but to be fair there is a lady who hit my boy three years ago stewarding, her dog went for him big style and when he dared to growl back she whacked him across the face, (I wont repeat what I did and said to her) but she was in the ring and he saw her and refused to stand with his back to her and every time she came down past him he stood on his tip toes and wouldn't take his eyes off her, just ask Judith she couldn't believe his reaction, those who know him know he is a lovely soppy boy with everyone, but not her. (Keisha has babies of 9 weeks old and looked great)
It was great to see Sophie, Ilka and family, she is just as loving as Ceilidh and very sweet like her too, I am chuffed to bits with the whole litter. Pretty girls and handsome boy's. Ilka has a beautiful glossy coat, well to be honest they all do you are all rearing them so well.
Anyway still a good day, James bought two chickens, a pair of Buff Sussex and a Rabbit which he bought before he was shown, he only went on to win the CC and James bought him for £10, a good day to celebrate the end of his exams!
Exemption show for him tomorrow if I can still walk then ;-)
Hope you have a good day tomorrow at SKC Lynn and Elspeth, and Elpseth dark under your eyes I can honestly say I have never noticed, Lynn just look for a very slim attractive lady, you know the sort that make you sick can eat anything and stay so skinny!!!! Oh yes and a hand all strapped up! What are your ring numbers Elspeth then Lynn can look out for those instead.
Please keep me posted on how you get on, Good luck x x x
Off to crash out in bed with the dogs and the TV I am soooo tired! Damp weather has really set off my arthritis too, :-(
