What's a training size portion?

I've made the liver bread - I didn't think it smelt too bad. In fact when my son came home from uni he said "that smells nice, what's for dinner?"
Sorry for my ignorance but how much is a training size portion? I made the amount Rosie suggested in her recipe (around 400g liver), so how many portions should I split that up into? Or how many 1cm cubes should be in each portion?
