Spots

Yes, Sarah Ilka's skin changed colour on her belly with more spots of pigment in her skin probably on the rest of her too but more tricky to tell, when more spots appeared on her belly first the pigment was faint then it darkened, hopefully you can just about tell in this pic I've circled a faint spot that I think appeared from no where and got darker.
