Just read your post Karen. Patterdale Terrier i think are just plane evil. My nephew has 2 of the dam things, he is having private training with them at the moment. They start off lovely, they would come up here with my lot and play in the garden, they went to dog training classes, he done every thing right. They got to about 7 months and just changed, one is the same age has Stella and Trinity my other nephew GSP (they were born 2 days apart) the other patterdale is now 8 months, one male and one female.
Female being the younger. They are real working terriers i think and from what i have read this is a common problem with them.
