Ceilidh has settled in perfectly already and is causing
havoc with the chirstmas tree. Between the baubles and
trying to pull the christmas tree down she is having a great time.

2 more flew the nest

Shady Lady who is now Genna has gone to live with her Great Uncle Dylan as well as Floyd, Marli and Jovi.

Patch now Kayleigh had the long trip up to Scotland bless her, so far all's well. Both of these girls will be shown.

Yetti (Ruby) has settled in......

Not only has she settled in but the house training is going really well, she comes to her name and she sits on command, bless her, many thanks to her family for these lovely pictures.

I have heard from Katie who said he travelled really well, walks round his new home as if he has always been there, loves the children, ( two 4 year old twins) and is a real Mummy's boy! Oh yes he is eating like a horse, so nothing new there then. :-)

Ruby left, the first one

Our first one to leave was little Ruby, who is now called Yetti..........
Bless, bathed and tired out, she was very happy to meet her new family and goes to live in Oxford with 4 other dogs.

Doesn't time fly

Can't quite believe how time flies - the babies leave home this week starting on Wednesday.
They have been such a cuddly, laid back bunch of babies, not noisy, very contented and huge eaters, if only all litters were as easy!
I will seriously miss all of them and not keeping one this time has been incredibly difficult, yes I know 10 adults should be enough but...................
I just hope they continue behaving well for their new families.

Stella update

Stella is growing up, it's hard to think that she is six months old, time just flies.She will be going to her first show very soon now and she is also looking forward to Christmas.

Stella is a very quiet girl she very rarely barks , strange for a munster has they are known for being a bit on the talkative side. I hope the rest of the litter have been like her, she has been no trouble at all. Apart from stealing slippers, socks and underwear from the washing bin, but after 20 odd years of having munsterlanders we have come to the conclusion that taking those things are in the genes.

STELLA

Introducing Blitzan Summertime Star over Rixbriar or Stella
Stella is from Ali's last litter in June, out of Rixbriar Blaze of Glory (strider) X Summertime Temptress at Blitzan (Summer)
We went down to see the babies and one ended up coming home with us (we did have to wait until she was 8 weeks old) She is a little darling MOST of the time, a very bright young lady who passed her kennel club puppy foundation training at 17 weeks.
She as fitted in really well with the rest of the dogs we have, who happen to be her Dad, Grandad, Grandmother and Auntie.
She will be starting her show career in December as well as a few other things we have planned for her. If the show career doesn't take off she may well take up landscape gardening (something she likes to practice) and laundry work if she can find the washing machine and not the puddles in the back garden !!!!

Daddy would like to say how proud he is of his and wife number 2 (but dont tell her)babies, he cant wait to come and meet them , but please dont bite his feet !!!!!

Now 2 weeks old

Been given a reminder for more baby pictures so here they are.Growing very quickly and putting on loads of weight, as you can see they like their porridge, that's Patch asleep in the food bowl! Diva is proving to be a great Mum having had a little hiccup with her calcium levels in the beginning she is now a very laid back Mum, so much so that she has allowed a desperate Fancy in to love and cuddle the babies too. Last night Diva was feeding them whilst Fancy also in the whelping box washed all ten bottoms sticking out from Diva's milk bar! Don't know many new Mum's that would share, in fact Fancy is so desperate to be part of the action, when the puppies are piled up she likes to push her head and neck underneath the pile so all you can see is a headless body and wagging tail, she has also tried to tempt them into her own empty milk bar! So as you can imagine the babies are spotless, so clean they shine and constantly being cuddle by one of the dogs or even a human or two! Below Fancy the wannabe Mum!

Squashed babies! and on the milk bar, I can't decide if the above picture is cute or horrible, it's actually Flash snuggled between Diva's legs with Britches trying to get her out the way so he could get to the milk bar, Diva is a lot brighter thankfully!

Diva has had her 10 babies and they are gorgeous, she is doing so well at motherhood.

Best of breed for Diva

At Birmingham Championship show Diva won her second CC and in style with Best of Breed as well. She showed her socks off and behaved impeccably, we are really proud of her.
One more to go for her Show Champion title. It is up to Diva to fly the flag for the Blitzans now as Logi can't come out again this year due to having won under the next few judges in the past.
Although Diva has only got Richmond to go to as she is hopefully pregnant now with our next Blitzan litter. (see the puppies page for details.)
Logi's Children have done very well this year with Eva winning her second CC and Japser winning 5 CC's on the trot, so far making him Top Dog for 2007, following in his father's footsteps. We are really proud of all his kids. Well done to all of you.
