I hope he gets better soon! To make him burn up the excess energy play a finding game with the kongs etc, make him smell them you hide them in the house and he has to really think to find them.

Now as for the naming and where names came from... Ceilidh was decided at my sisters wedding last year when we were Ceilidh dancing. It is a bit mad and all over the place as is our baby girl. Although if you look at the pictures she is not much of a baby anymore.
Although we are considering changing it to Sprocket because of the way she is rumbling at the moment, not a proper bark just a rumble. (Sprocket is from Fraggle rock if anyone remembers it) We won't change her name really, it is just an uncanny impression that she does. She is hearing birds in the background from the TV and is confused by it all bless her.
