Ali, your websites are excellent, I would love to have a website with all of our doggy news and photos, I just don't seem to find the time, but I will soon. I've spent 5 years practising the art of designing websites. I was determined not to go back to work once I had the children, mostly because I didn't want to leave Domino everyday. I had learnt some web programming when I worked at Agusta Westland, so it was an good opportunity to use those skills to setup my own business, which I can do from home or anywhere with Internet.
I don't need an income, but I don't feel guilty about spending far too much money on the pets and children when I've earned it myself. I've also been going to an animal behaviour course run by a pet behaviourist from Minehead. The course has just finished but there's three of us that want to carry on and learn some more.
Fiona, the pet behaviourist is holding a seminar with Peter Neville at the end of this month (well known behaviourist, although I admit I hadn't heard of him before), so I'm going along to that. Then Domino has been invited to an animal learning workshop at the end of May, to be part of the practical element of the day, so that should be fun. All good practice for my next Munster! I wouldn't be able to do all these things if I had to go out to work.
