Hello from cloud 9!!!!!!!!

Thank you for all the Congratulations, it was lovely to come home to and we are still floating, as an entry off over 100 Munsterlanders and Diva did it, Bitch CC, and Reserve Best in Show, the judge said it was a close call for Best in Show, but the boy had a little better feathering on his tail, he did say otherwise she was a 'perfect Munsterlander' exactly what a Munsterlander should be!
Not bad for a Mummy with 6 month old Children and in the middle of a Phantom pregnancy.

It was a fantastic show, a lot of fun and lots of people to natter to, most people knew about Leah and Zeta, (heard it on the grapevine) so the two girls got lots of attention, they were out most of the morning, Zeta lay at my feet having lots of fuss whilst I gave out the newsletters and catalogues, and then James took over so Leah and I could walk around and see old friends, I kept getting emotional but it was so worth it, Leah was like a sill puppy again, she definitely lived up to her old nickname, the party girl!!

Logi and Tarka stayed home so we had room for Zeta without the risk of her getting knocked, and to be honest it was just as well as I couldn't of shown any more, I was on my knees by the end of it, it was so hot in the afternoon, and today my arthritis is shouting loud!!! (still worth every creak!!!)

James and Prima were absolute stars, they won Novice bitch, came 3rd in Graduate bitch and 5th in Post Grad, which considering Prima is out of coat, (and I mean out of coat!!!) it was a huge surprise, the judge, Mr Geoff Hargreaves, from the Ghyllbeck HPR's kennel, said James was a wonderful handler, and Summer came 4th in Post Grad again very much out of coat!!!

Andrew won Best Team with Leah, Diva and Prima so even old Lea Lou came back with a rosette.

The prizes were fantastic two, and out car was fit to burst on the way home, I was presented with a huge bouquet of flowers for doing the newsletter at such short notice, (there was no need but glad to have of course), we had a sack of food, in fact I will take a photo of Diva and all the silverware, rosettes the size of Dinner plates and the beautiful presents from our counterparts in Sweden and a beautiful pewter sculpture of a Pheasant given to us by the Judge.

What a wonderful end to a quite frankly crappy week, Diva knows she has won, and lapped up all the photo calls at the end of the show, there will be a feature in Our Dogs I will let you know when. I will take a photo in a bit.

Thanks again everyone we are still on cloud 9!!!!!!
