Rosie, you mentioned Brodie’s swimming. Does Stig swim? If not get Ringo to go out swimming with a dog that likes swimming. We went to the same loch the day later without Ceilidh, and Brodie wouldn’t go out nearly as far – he was swimming but only went out about half the distance. I think Brodie’s quite taken by Ceilidh and tries to copy what she does. He obviously trusted her judgment and was a bit braver the first day. Out there on his own he wasn’t so confident!
Elspeth, one other observation – he didn’t go swimming in dirty puddles or run through as much mud without Ceilidh’s example!!!!!!

Judith, the pictures of Strider are great. Seeing the picture of him at 4 weeks reminded me of Brodie’s markings. I think they could end up looking quite similar. Was Strider called 2 spot when he was little, or am I getting him confused with another?
