Judith, that must have been really worrying, the only time my dogs have wandered is when I've been in France, at my Dad's, mainly Cassie in the summer, who kept going off which my Dad's hunting dog. Thankfully, the local farmer is a good friend and neighbour and kept phoning to tell us he'd sent them home!
