Thanks Steph & Neil for taking the girls and I on such a lovely walk, we all really enjoyed it and it was great seeing Maier again, I can't believe how much she has grown since our last visit.
It was lovely to see Maier have her first swim, I was their for her first breath and then got to see her first swim, how good is that !!! They did all get very dirty in that black mud though, good job that they could go in the river to clean up.
I have had some news from Lorraine and Harry who have Polo, Lorraine has computer problems at the moment so can't send any pictures, but apparently Polo caught his first Rabbit last week and presented it to Harry, it was completely unharmed and ran away when Harry released it, his hunting instinct must now have started to kick in, but it shows what a gentle mouth he must have for the rabbit not to be harmed.
Harry is very pleased with Polo's training progress, he can't believe how quick to learn the breed is, Harry is involved with a local shoot, and hopes to train Polo up as a working gundog.
