Dog walk

I went out with the dogs yesterday. Even Tinker joined us!!! Zeta and Prima both came, we had a great time, except from the horrible rain. Prima and zeta both loved the thick brown mud and had a couple of baths in it!!! surprisingly neither of them wanted to go into the water trough for a swim.
The reason I didn't post this earlier or yesterday is because this computer , being new, is getting loads of updates and won't work properly until they're installed I didn't realise this until about 1 hour ago!!! But before then I was trying to upload the videos and pictures and it just wouldn't do it I thought for a moment that it had gone wrong because my mums computer did it quickly. but anyway the videos are uploaded now , finally. and there are loads of pictures of today as well.
We all went on a walk again today, you see. the first lot Prima and Zeta and the second, Maddie and Summer. Diva and Logi went with Dad because I was dead on my feet afterwards!!!
Prima and Zeta both enjoyed it thoroughly, I swear Prima was racing Zeta, every time Zeta ran up or down the hill Prima ran beside her but just a bit ahead. Then we came to the water trough. Not like yesterday, they both got in and had a little swim zeta didn't want to come out and spent about 10Min's in there!!!! But eventually when SHE decided she wanted to come out Zeta made me lift her because she was stood with front feet on the edge yipping so as soon as I lifted her out Prima jumped straight in whilst getting me absolutely soaked!!! They did still enjoy wallowing in the mud like yesterday. Zeta didn't dig very much which surprised me, she was more interested in getting stuck in hedges and chasing after pheasants that were flying about. Prima, after getting me soaked from the water trough decided to run up the hill and disappear then I saw the faint picture of legs in the air. she was getting closer and closer with just these legs appearing and disappearing eventually I realised she was rolling down the steepest bit of the hill!!! she was coming down at quite a speed got really worried about her at one point. But when she reached the bottom the stood up and ran back to the water trough!!!
Then we slowly made our way back home to go out with the next lot.
Summer I have to say was very obedient with heelwork, when we were walking down the hill to the field. Maddie however was more excited but she did what she was told. Summer ran up the hill and stood facing the bottom, I thought she was going to do a Prima and roll down but no she ran down jumping up and down with her ears in midair when she got to the bottom she stopped just before she ran straight into the tree!!! meanwhile this was going on Maddie had found the water trough. In case you don't know Maddie and water troughs are not a good combination, she's worse than Zeta once shes in she's in until she finds mud. Maddie spent ages in there and then spotted mud right out side it!! so she jumped out and rolled around in the mud then I think she saw a bird or something in the other field and was gone. Summer, luckily, didn't follow but was more interested in the mud and water. I spent a while calling and looking for Maddie I climbed through the , rather big gap in the hedge and looked for her, I eventually found her whinging at the gate. I tried to get her to squeeze through or go back to the hole in the hedge but no she wouldn't. So I put her on a lead and was hitching Summer up to, so all three of us walked back to the hole and heard a huge bang!! we saw that a really big tree trunk size log had fallen down and blocked our path to the hole. So I walked back again!! to the gate (that won't open) and saw a little hole that the dogs could squeeze through so they went through their and i climbed over. So I trusted them off the lead not to wander of again and stay where they were. But no they ran off. I walked past the water trough and up the hill not until I was at the top I noticed Maddie and Summer jump out of the water trough!!! After a while I caught them and hitched them up and walked home. So there's what happened today!!!!

Lovely photos of Maggie Karen I know what you mean by munsters getting muddy!!
