It has just taken me 2 hours to bottle feed the drity dozen!!! In two weeks they have gone through 7kg milk, so now off to the wholesalers to replenish supplies!!!!
I promise pictures today and a video, things went a bit wrong yesterday.
I have to say all the babies are gorgeous but whichever of us gets baby Button will be so spoilt. He is adorable, (they all are really ) this morning as I sat in bed waking up and watching the babies, Diva got in to feed and he started suckling then all of a sudden he got off the milk bar, walked across the box to the bit of newspaper and had a wee, he then went back to Mum and carried on feeding, bearing in mind he is only two weeks old!!!!
Then he had his bottle, filled up I popped him in the whelping box to get the next one and he wouldn't stop wobbling around crying, he was still crying after I had fed the next puppy so I picked him up and popped him with Diva, that didn't stop the crying so I wondered if he had tummy ache and picked him up myself. No not tummy ache he just wanted a cuddle. He licked my face and arm and then rolled onto his back, started to suck my thumb whilst I cuddled him. Not a peep from him. Well as I still had 6 babies to feed, I spent 5 minutes cuddling him them popped him on my bed next to me, Prima came up and the two of them cuddled up and she washed and polished him!!!!
He is such a sweetheart, it's obvious to me that these babies are going to be just as cuddly as Diva's last litter, bless them.
