Ludo's story!

Andy always had a dog growing up. I'd always had cats. So when we got together we knew a cat and a dog were part of the deal. Living in a small cottage meant the cat came first. We promised ourselves that as soon as we moved to a bigger house then we would have a dog. So when we decided to up sticks and move to Devon to a bigger house the search for a dog began. Andy had it in his head that he wanted a flat coat after meeting one on a job he was doing. When we started to research them there was an awful lot about how the breed had a lot of inherent problems. Whilst researching we came across munsterlanders (on the KCC site originally I think). Anyhow, cutting a long story short we'd decided on a munsterlander and then Andy found a flat coated bitch in need of a home. She was so loving and looked so poorly (apparently because she had just had pups!!!!!)that his heart lead and we brought her home. 18 months later her health problems got the better of her and we had to have her put down :(. It took a little while to get over her but then we knew we had to go with plan A. I made a few phone calls and we put our names on Ali's list. We visited her in Somerset which sealed it for us. Then met up at the Paignton show and then along came Ludo! THANKS ALI :) x a million!
