Sarah, that is such a great photo of Jed and his best friend, how funny!!! Binks too, he looks quite impressive pointing!!! Darcy stalks, which yes I know Munsters do, but is is so stealth like for a big boy, he crouches and looks just like a cat, he even does the wobbling from one foot to the other!!!
Had a good day yesterday, rather worn out today though. We had to have yet another change of judge due to no fault of Val Grant so David Moss stood in for the club at 8pm the previous night, lucky he could. Well we have Prima in full season, just peaking so you can imagine how my boys are!!! I arrived at the show and by the time I got to sort Darcy out judging was about to begin and bless him he was manic!!!! AS I did my lap round before he was gone over, he nearly tripped me over trying to speak to Rita's dogs, we were then stood waiting to be gone over when I am not sure how it happened but he slipped his collar and bombed off to talk to Rita!!!!, I apologised and quickly retrieved him, he then settled and did his job, winning Best Minor puppy Dog and Best Dog puppy, Then again Tetra had been in the car with Diva as we thought she was in after lunch, wrong again. Andrew dashed off to get her whilst we were int he dog line up, I went straight back in with her, she was rather pleased to be out and not helped by the fact there was a football match being played very close to our ring, and I mean close!! Well she did do her stuff but was also rather manic!!!! She behaved enough to win minor puppy bitch but he did say could you please bring the delinquent out first!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Logi was 2nd in Veteran and I didn't show the others, to be honest I will probably follow Judith and not show if I am on duty as I really don't get chance to sort my dogs out and do my committee jobs, just too much for me and the dogs, which is a shame. Very please with what we got and although the pups were a little full of it, they did enjoy it, left home at 6am and got home at 6pm, long day and paying for it today.
Not surprisingly the babies are tired today and so am I. I was lovely to be outside in the autumn sunshine but I was frozen by the end of the day, Karen you are a star I don;t know how you coped with camping the night before!!!! Thanks for your help Karen.
Well done Caz, and great food by the way.
