Poor Hudson. I'm certain Domino had a similar skin infection and cystitis too when she was a puppy. The rash did clear up with some shampoo, flea treatment and cream from the vets, we never found out what caused it. Domino did react to a tick she had a few months ago, but not with a rash, she just went off her food. I don't Frontline her as often as the packet says, so that was probably why she got a tick. Hope Hudson's skin clears up soon.
Lovely pics of James training all the dogs, he's got them really under control. Charlotte was good with the Cockerpoo we had to stay last week, I think because Jetta is smaller than Domino it was easier. We went for another lovely walk with Jetta this morning, I'm sure Domino is getting better at coming back to me, either that or she's craving liver cake. I agree also with letting the puppies off leads early, this is one thing we did wrong with Domino. We were so nervous about her running off (Richard had never had a dog before anyway), we always walked her on an extendable lead. I am much more confident with Domino off lead now but if we had let her off and worked on her recall when she was a pup, it would have saved all the worry.
Karen - Jetta rolled in some fox poo on Friday just before she was due to go back to her home. Doesn't it stink, I shampooed her but it was in her collar too, so washed that but she still smelt. Apparently she does it every couple of weeks, so I'll know next time to check the garden. Not sure about the video uploading, perhaps the files are too big, are you able to compress them?
