Poor James, it's horrid feeling and being sick in a car, hope he feels better today.

I'm really hoping Richard was looking for a satnav for my birthday present. I don't often get lost but if I go into a busy town, I get flustered with looking at the signs and keeping an eye on the traffic around me too. Last week, we went round Cardiff town centre twice because I missed the Car Park signs.

Ali, hope the police sort out the neighbours and their nasty dog today. The only show I know of this weekend is at Yeovil Country Park, I think it's on Sunday. We can't go though because we're off to Butlins on Saturday.
