Zoe

I had Ceilidh in the same room. She would create at ankles a bit then got fed up. If it is a bit of a problem maybe try putting him on his lead or in his crate when people come in?
How old are your children? Can they talk? We have a few friends with Children. The best one is little Euan, he was so timid when he first met Ceilidh in February but when we went on our walk he took everything I was asking Ceilidh to do and joined in... maybe get your kids involved in the training? Euan was only 2 then and Ceilidh was only 4 months, she recalled better for him than us! If they are old enough to learn how to help with the training it would give them an interaction with Hudson that they have not had yet, and he would gain a respect for them as his owner, if you know what I mean. The nipping does ease off, but you cannot tolerate it at any point. We had maybe a few days where we were ot so hard on Ceilidh but she caught on to it and played up even more. Every time she nipped she was put upside down. Lots of chews around the house helps. You can also get teething bones that are made of nylon that are inedible, we got a pack of 3 for Ceilidh and they helped. We took some over when we went to see Sharon and Jim (Brodies owners) Ceilidh finished teething at 4-5months and only mouths our clothes at our wrists now but stops when we tell her, I know they do like to mouth to show you they love you. Keep us updated with poor Hudsons tummy!!!

Sharon how has brodie liked those bones? Have they helped with him at all?
