Peculiar behaviour

Not sure if it's because Maggie knows there is something going on, with packing and stuff but she has been acting most oddly the last two days, almost like she did when she had a phantom pregnancy, trying to get behind things, not settling, digging and just generally being unsettled. Is it possible for spayed dogs to have phantoms?
