Sorry I have been quiet just been so busy getting James off on his holiday, spent Saturday cleaning up after having a day out!!! and then went out to get clothes for my son who has shot up and nothing fits him, his waist stays the same but he is now a size 7 adult shoe and his legs must be in grow bags at night!!! Sunday was a case of washing and finding all his gear then packing, the packing list from the school was huge he has gone away with a case as big as he is, but then we did manage to squeeze in his sleeping bag, wellies and pillow. Thankfully with an ice pack on his knee he has gone away sound, not sure he will come back the same way though ;-) Took him to the school on Monday and left at 6:30am allowing for traffic we planned to be at the school for 8:30am with the coach leaving at 10:30 so at least he would have time with his friends and get settled back in with them before they left, well we got stuck in traffic I think it was everyone leaving Glastonbury we made it there just after 9:30am. Anyway the kids all cheered and clapped when he walked in so James left without a backwards glance and with a huge grin on his face so all's well that ends well.
Congratulations Karen and Maggie, I'm sorry we weren't able to get there and see Maggie to her stuff, Andrew had an interview on Sunday and then another one on Monday, he is working on a farm for three weeks covering for the owner so at least money is on the way!!
Lovely video and photo's Elspeth, I must get some of mine and whack up still trying to get my scanner to work. Prima who is still bald is gradually growing her coat back through which is a sure sign her season is on the way but my how spotty she is getting, you wouldn't believe how much black is showing through, quite late to colour up at her age most have done it by then but it will be interesting to see her after her litter and once her coat returns, I have had a Dalmatian cross with Leah and Diva it was her spots that did it, Springer cross Dalmatian!!! ????
By the way Karen's birthday is on Thursday............
