That's lovely that Charlie and Hudson are getting on well. My children were never interested in Domino when they were small, but Domino was already a year old when Charlotte was born. Charlotte is taking much more interest now and it's lovely to see Domino responding to her training. I'm hoping she will be much more interested when the new puppy arrives.

It's a very damp morning here and Domino was really naughty on her walk this morning. We were on our own and as soon as I let her off in the field she caught the scent of something and just kept going round and round in circles, not running off but completely ignoring me. She only came back when I started to go out of the field towards the road, at least she wanted to come with me then. The wet grass must make all the smells much stronger, is that right?

Ali, has James called you? Is he back on Friday? I bet you're missing him, but he'll be having a great time.
