Congratulations everyone who went to Birmingham, it sounds like a wonderfully successful day for the Blitzan's.
Thank you as well for you experiences so far with cages - having read lots online, thinking it may help in terms of training, plus we have a lot of people popping into our house, so it may help give the puppy somewhere where they won't be disturbed and to chill out if they get too excited. We've also been working on how best to move the kitchen table round to make the cage fit as they are quite large.
Have been reading a lot on house training and different methods of training - again any hints or tips would be great. I'd like to be able to take our puppy into work with me as I have my own office, but can't do so until they are house trained a bit (accidendents will always happen) - so the sooner I can conquer that, the better. I've also been looking at a puppy pen for work, that way it relieves my bosses concern that the puppy may think people in the corridor are fun to go play with and try to escape!
