I agree with lots of toys, I went to the charity shops and bought a load of soft toys, especially ones without the hard eyes. A Kong to stuff with food or treats, we also have Buster Cube which is a treat ball they roll around. Mazy hasn't chewed any of our stuff but they have a supply of raw hide chews and cow hooves at the moment. We use a crate still, a big one, Mazy slept in there at night until she was 6 months, now she sleeps on a soft material bed in the bedroom. She had vet bed in several places as a small puppy which she used for a while but I think she finds it too warm at the moment and prefers a cotton soft bed or the hard cold kitchen tiles - not fussy really.
We still use the crate if she is left, just so she doesn't annoy Domino and get into trouble but a couple of times I have left her out of the crate and she just sits by the front door waiting for us to return.
I tried a crate in the car to begin with but Mazy was car sick, so she sits on the back seat now, with a lead that clips to the seat belt fastener and onto her collar. She is brilliant in the car, but I took her everywhere with me right from the start.
The puppies look gorgeous, very jealous, if I thought there was a remote chance I could have one, I would.
