Karen I didn't tell you about Maddie to make things worse for you or make you worry more but just to explain whilst you were stood waiting for news I knew exactly how you felt, Maddie's accident was a fluke if you think about it, what was the chance of her going to that exact spot, following the exact same route and jumping the same bit of hedge, to be honest there was a group of travellers who were renowned for poaching and 'things' so I am sure the odds of it happening were very slim. Maggie is a clever girl as she knew where to find Mum. We also went through a spell where if Andrew walked Fancy, Maddie or Tarka and I stayed home they would go up the fields with him and about 5 minutes later I would get a call to say one or all of them were on their way home! These girls can be so funny especially if feeling a bit hormonal.
