Thanks Karen - Evie and Maggie do sound a like. Murphy is very laid back but last year he had a major op on his ears which left him virtually deaf so when Evie gets over excited or spooked he actually takes her lead and joins in with the barking. She is his ears and quite often Evie will run outside barking and although Murphy doesn't know what for he will run out too and join in. He does have a calming influence in the home though as he is Mr Chill and will tolerate almost anything Evie throws at him. Funny how they are all so different - just like people I suppose!
