Hi Ali - Just to let you know that Cosmos - A touch of Spice arrive safely in New York. Grania in floods when he left to go to the airport and I must admit to finding it hard to keep a stiff upper lip as he disappeared into a cavernous X ray machine at the airport barking madly. However the new owners telephoned to say he was in good order when he exited his box and settled in very quickly with his five new dog friends, especially a one year old daxy. What a relief.
Tansy was a bit miserable but now has our undivided attention which she is lapping up and at least she has her mother to keep her company as well. My grandson, a few months old, is down here and it is fascinating to observe the instant affinity they have for each other.
The photo is of Tansy getting an early taste for her HPR instincts. A lot of training lies ahead though.
Ah well the show is finally over. Once again many thanks for all your wonderful help, particularly as it was such a stressful time for you. Judging from this blog it never ends for you as the next litter arrives!
