Karen, my mother's whippet got sick a little while back for no apparent reason. She went off her food, her coat looked starey and she was sick. Her second season started a week later and the vet put it down to this - sort of pre-menstrual I guess. They do seem to be sensitive little dogs and as you say it doesn't take a lot to make them look even skinnier. I hope she gets better soon.

Love the video of Ceilidh in the water - so funny had to keep re-playing it! Was she looking for the ball that was thown in - if so she was very persistent, hope she got it in the end! It must have taken you an age to down load it - I have tried before but it seems to fail after an hour or so - so frustrating! Maggie hates motor bikes - funny enough she is fine with the tractors that go up and down the road but when I take her to anywhere built up with noisy bikes going past she hates it.

The slide show of James was lovely - some great pictures of you growing up with the dogs James - so wonder you are such a natural!
