It is great to have a founder on here! I want to ask lots of questions too but I think Karen asked them all. We are at SKC on Sunday if you want to meet up? We have one of Divas last litter (Ceilidh) and she is just lovely. We met Diva at Border Union last year and Logi and Strider and Summer. And we couldn't say no after that. Diva certainly has a big impact on everyone. All munster do really. There should be a picture on here from last weekend (in London with Ceilidh wearing a red and white striped top) That way you can recognise me at the show if you want to come and chat. Where about in Scotland are you?
How do you know if a bitch is nearly coming into season? I was just wondering because the last few nights Ceilidh has been incredibly frisky if you know what I mean. She won't leave her beds alone and tonight she wouldn't leave poor Toby alone. The poor boy. So would that be a bit of an indicator? Also today, Gregor met a dog on their walk and it wouldn't leave her alone no matter how hard she tried. I know she is still young for a large bitch to come into season so i thought I would be best just to ask. Or is it just a teenage hormone thing? I know boy pups do that kind of thing when they reach a certain age but I have never had a girl before and have never heard of a girl doing this apart form around heat time.
How did the rest of your exams go James? And how is Prima and Zetas training going? Has Zetas hole started to heal up now? How is Leah doing? Is it getting any better?
Hope everyone going to Devon has a fun day, so jealous that we cannot be there, it sounds like it will be fantastic fun. There is a country Fair every September in Glamis estate and it is every man and his dog. I have only ever been on the first day but the second day is Gundog day so I think they may have competitions etc to enter (not too sure) we will take Ceilidh to that this year though, if the dates are good anyway. We are still undecided as to who will show Ceilidh, Gregor is nervous and not keen but my wrist is still bad so we will see what happens on Sunday. We were planning on getting there at 8am so we could get all of the details then have a nosey about so if it is later then that will be fine. Get Ceilidh around the show grounds a bit and get her used to it. And yes, spoil her rotten at the stalls! I just cannot help myself. Ali, we still have that collar we will get it back to you. We got another one for her that is the same. We did have one before but from all of her swimming and wallowing it got rusty. We will try to get some good pictures over the weekend. If you are lucky we may even take one or two at the show.
Sharon and Jim, if you ever want to go to any of the shows before Brodie is old enough then you can always enter him "not for competition."Just a though with Broder Union coming up and another SKC in a few months time.
