Sophie, they are lovely pics of Ilka, she does look very fit and pretty.

Zoe, we have almost always used a Halti or Gentle Leader on Domino. She still doesn't like it but it works although now she will walk nicely without it if I am firm with her, usually I use it until I let her off the lead and then we walk home without it on. She walks beautifully when she's tired after a run, like a different dog. At training class she will walk beautifully just on a normal collar too. At your training they should show you how to teach your dog to walk nicely, it just takes some perseverance and a lot of patience which I didn't have when Domino was a puppy. She was only a year old when I had my first baby so I really had my hands full.

LMC - I have always been a member since we got Domino, I haven't been to any of the events although I hope to soon, but I do look forward to reading the newsletter, it is well worth the £8 per year.
