Oh my God - how could another dog do so much damage - sounds like a complete psycho! Definately needs putting down. I have no idea where you stand in something like this but surely the law should be on your side. I would get the police involved - after all you have a child living next door to a very dangerous dog. Surely something will be done now. Poor poor Zeta - I hope she is ok - so worrying!
