Thanks Tessa, We don't feed him as soon as we wake up but for most of the week he does get his walk early in the morning, so i think he started waking because of this he would usually go at 6.30 before Matt goes to work. I think we will have to invest in ear plugs and as you say let him cry it out and perhaps vary his walk time every morning!
