Not sure about stealing when out - but for inside we were given the tip of making a pyramid of empty cans and put a treat behind them. This only worked for a short time as Theo learnt to nudge the cans gently to one side and avoid the clatter of them falling. When Munsterlanders stretch out they are BIG - Theo has learnt to use his paws to bat things in reach of his jaws; he will also climb on furniture to reach things high on a bookcase.

After using the 'leave!' command, food is safe enough when we are in the room.......
