I think everyone has at least one strange neighbour Sophie. Our are awful (the other side of us are lovely thank goodness) They had landscapers in to do their garden and they got them to dump everything on our garden! It was wrecked but we have managed to get it looking better now. Their other neighbour had her drive covered so she could barely get her car up to her garage. The work men would come in in the morning and peep their horn until she moved her car from her own drive. And last night they were getting a delivery from Dobbies and the man was watching them as they reversed up the drive, the truck crashed into the corner of the roof of the other neighbour and it looks like it may have done some real structural damage. Through all of this there has never been any way, shape or form of an apology to any of us! Especially the poor woman, she was just standing sreaming telling the truck to stop as he was attempting to direct them up the drive and they headed into her roof.
So yes, everyone must have a difficult neighbour. Yours seem to be especially difficult.
