No Karen it's not at my lot, he just barks all day, when mine are indoors you can hear him woofing, spoke to owner and asked him to keep him quiet only to be told that they like him to bark so it puts off people snooping!!!! I don't know if mine were constantly barking I know it would drive me round the bend. They will have to do something or it will end in tears, I can see that.
