Karen, you are not alone! Ceilidh was shocking this afternoon. Since the deer episode last week Ceilidh has been more and more naughty and bad for coming back. Today we came around the corner on a new walk we found and she was in the loch swimming after a swan! It was hissing and ready to attack, both of us trying to call her, me running away because she has always chased after us when we have done that before, but not today. Gregor ran to the edge and had to try to scare the swan away because Ceilidh was just not giving up! What was worse was that when she got out of the water she turned around and went diving in again to start swimming in the direction the swan had gone in. If we go that walk again she will be kept on the lead when we get remotely close to the loch bit. I will be open to all suggestions when I see you next week Ali! Until then we will not be going near nesting waters! She is so good at hunting and it is fun to watch but only when she comes back when called.
