Thanks everyone for your comments on the weight issue. From what you have all said it looks like Evie is not unusual which is very reasurring. She eats double the amount of Burns Complete food that she should do for her weight and has an extra meal of rice and bio yoghurt and raw veg - getting Evie to eat is not a problem! I think as you have all pointed out they are such active dogs and after watching Evie on her walk today I am convinced she just burns it off rather than stores it. I went for a lovely walk with my Dad today whilst Mum had the children and Evie ran for an hour and a half (I think she must have done 100 miles). She has boundless energy. It seems to be from reading the posts that they start to bulk out around 2 Years so I will just relax a bit about it - after all as its been pointed out it is much better for a dog to be on the slim side than the fat side.
Lovely pictures of Theo and Zydo. I really love the brown and white munsters too - Zydo reminds me of my Liver flat coat Murphy (very handsome). I am hoping to breed from Evie and would be really quite pleased if she had a brown and white in the litter - would definately be keeping that one.
Thanks for putting the picture of Evie on Dog of the day.
