Elspeth
I'll be at the LMC show in Northampton and also the Midlands Counties show (both in October). Because I knew the back op was coming up there was no point in entering any earlier than that. I have to lie flat, apart from short periods of standing or walking for the next week or so, gradually building up the time spent sitting from 15 mins to hour over the next 6 weeks. Can't drive for another 2 weeks, and then obviously only short distances. So I am going to get extremely bored! Thank God for sisters, there's no way I could cope without her. She's stayed at my house whilst I was in hospital and when I first came out. Now she's coming round every day to walk the dogs for me, although by next week I should be okay to give them lots of short walks instead of the usual two long ones.
Thanks for the comments about Cassie. Louis is a very gentle boy, and so laid back he's horizontal - unless he is guarding his toys!
