Thanks I think (hopefully, can't speak to soon) that she will make a gun dog that I can enjoy taking out and she'll enjoy it too, which is what I would like.

Maggie sounds good to just like you said must be difficult to keep away from pheasants I am lucky and have small pony paddocks where there is rarely many pheasants just the odd one or two occasionally and she can't get out, we did allot of training on hols and we had to concentrate on the stop whistle which is we think the most vital thing to teach as when there stopped they can't do anything but listen to you, and also since her season shes calmed down and acting allot more maturely.

And Karen with domino hope I'm not confusing things but are you using hand signals at all?
