Jo, we don't get much snow here at all, our children have never had enough to play in (Charlotte is 7). Probably because we're fairly near the coast. We're planning on visiting Switzerland in May 2010 for our 10th Anniversary though, so we'll find some snow then. We have had lots of rain recently, not particularly cold, just damp and the ground is very wet and muddy.
