Well done Lins for the first and second - a win is a win - so hope you enjoy your wine!
Ali, love the photos even though I've seen them before - always laugh at the one of Maddie - so funny. Is that Summer's pretty face of the top bunk?
Sofas - When we first got Maggie, we had not long purchased a new leather sofa and so we moved the old one to the kids room and Maggie was allowed on the old one but not the new (Frank's idea not mine). However... I missed being able to cuddle her and so I bought a big throw and she now is allowed. She makes a lovely warm blanket when it's cold!(When Frank give's us that look I tell him she saves on the heating) She is very good though - like Ali, if I tell her to get off she does immediately, but it's usually only so I can straighten the blanket. She's very funny because if I'm lying at one end and there is plenty of room at the other she insists in squeezing into a the smallest space next to me rather that have more room at the other end. Some times she just sits right in front of me so I can't see the telly.
Glad all those that went to Discover dogs had a good time.
Despite the weather we have had some great walks this weekend and been really pleased with Maggie who has behaved really well. Nellie though, my mothers whippet had a bit of an accident yesterday when she lept a ditch at full speed and somehow misplaced her landing and did a full somersalt over - it all happened so fast couldn't quite see how she did it, but it gave her and us a fright. She grazed the underside of her jaw which was bleeding and also grazed her back end and under her tail so she felt a bit sorry for herself the rest of the day. She seems brighter today though and is back to running everywhere at full pelt.
Can't believe the weekend is over already! Frank is in the kitchen cooking us Shepherd's pie and my mouth is watering - what a good hubby!
