As for names . . . It was a toss up between Fritz short for Friedrich meaning 'Peaceful Leader' or Ludo short for Ludwig / Ludovico meaning 'Famous Warrior' - Ludo came out tops in the end partly because the name Fritz(el) was in the paper for all the wrong reasons when we picked Ludo up and mainly because I'm into my classical music being a bit of a musician and grew playing Beethoven and now listen to Einaudi quite a bit . . . and of course 'peaceful' wouldn't really suit our Lud's!!!
