Morning

The pictures above are of my daughter Lydia just before she went to her Halloween party. Maggie was chewing her bone in the other room and when I called her in to have her picture taken she brought the bone with her. I asked her to put it down for the picture which she did - but you can see she didn't take her eyes off it while she sat for the photo.

Joanne - lovely photos again - Chipmunks - would love to see them in trees, how wonderful. We live in Oxfordshire and the weather at the moment is horrible and will probably stay that way to well into April/May or if it's like the last two years mostly all year round! Don't seem to get much of a summer anymore.

Elle - funny I got a catalogue from those people yesterday in the post and was reading it while I had my lunch - there are some lovely beds for dogs and am tempted to get Maggie a new one.

Having said I think Maggie is getting better this year with the pheasants I think I spoke to soon! This morning she was a dot in the distance heading towards the wood. I was just praying the gamekeeper wasn't around as she was hardly being quite!
