Lovely picture of Oscar and Holly on the photoblog. Mandy Maggie used to lie down while she ate. I thought it was so unusual at the time and it used to make us laugh. She grew out of it though. She does cuddle us like Oscar too, she will pin you down so you can't move.
Another thing Maggie does a lot and now Elsa has started is if you are sitting down she likes to drape her top half on you and keep her back feet on the ground. When I'm in the garden she loves to do this and watch the world go by.
They are creatures of habit too. Most days I will put a comb through Maggie and Elsa, especially their ears and tail as I find with Maggie it gets matted so quickly if I don't. I do Elsa really only to get her used to it as her hair isn't too long yet. I always do Maggie first then Elsa. Maggie will stand perfectly still while I'm doing it and then when I'm finished rush to where I keep the treats as she knows that's what she gets for being good. Elsa has cottoned on to this pretty quickly although sometimes she forgets she has to be brushed first and rushes off to the treats as soon as I have finished Maggie - ever hopeful!
It is amazing they all have such similar traits. It has been a very interesting read. I remember the video of Summer opening the door - she is such a clever girl. Glad the blog is safe Ali.
